If you get the chance to get John G. As your bud tender, he will point you to exactly what you need. So helpful and always trying to make sure nobody is waiting too long, but everyone still gets the attention they deserve as well. Wish I could give ten stars here!

Julio was very respectful and friendly during my visit. He is also very knowledgeable of the products sold here and was able to provide helpful details and recommendations for products I may have otherwise overlooked. I love origin extracts and Julio had my back with suggestions for my next visit. ( Oh yes, I will definitely be returning). Outstanding customer service.

Staff was friendly and kind. Kye was knowledgeable about products and was helpful with any questions I had. He talked about how he enjoyed working there and the atmosphere spoke for itself! It’s always a great time when we visit! This is a company that cares, has great products and provides its customers with excellent employees!

Alana was very helpful. Even though it was my first time working with her, she zeroed in on my needs and helped me get taken care of quickly. Efficient employees are hard to find...caring employees nearly impossible. Alana checked both boxes.

Management has been exceptional, however Ronald the bud tender, (front desk check in person) was extremely rude as I was waiting on management to handle a situation regarding a hit and run on New Years day. I was on my phone with someone and he rudly interrupted my conversation telling me they have other customers and they can't just stop what they're doing to help me, which I am fully aware of, and was very understanding! I don't appreciate being treated with disrespected while waiting for management to come handle my situation.
